What The Most Expensive Steak On Earth Tastes Like

This week on The Meat Show, professional carnivore Nick Solares visits Mu Ramen in Long Island City, to eat a steak that has been dry-aged for 400 days. Watch to see if chef Joshua Smookler’s funky, fatty experiment pays off as Solares samples it sous vide, over sushi rice, and even raw.

  1. Just like music, everyone has personal preferences when it comes to taste. I don't care for my steak to taste like blue cheese. I want it to taste like beef. Beef aged for a week or two is plenty for me. Salt and pepper to taste and sear on a charcoal grill.

  2. there are only 6 restaurants in the United states that sells real kobe beef. kobe beef and wagyu beef are not the same. kobe beef is the higher quality beef. what you eating is the cheaper version.

  3. Looking upon the comments, I feel as if I'm the only one who likes this host. He knows exactly what he's talking about and respects the chef as well. What more do you need?
