Four Seasons New York – French Rose Wine At The Best Restaurants In New York for more information on our Four Seasons New York location.

French rose wine is becoming an increasing popular summer choice at one of the best restaurants in New York, The Garden. Our Four Seasons New York restaurant is featuring Wine Wednesdays throughout Summer 2012.

Four Seasons New York’s sommeliers Lacey Rozinsky and Nicolas Rouet are here to recommend their favorite rose wine choices for the “Think Pink” theme of Wine Wednesdays. One of the rose wine selections recommend is a 2011 Paul Thomas Sancerre Rose. A lighter pink, almost salmon-colored rose wine, the 2011 Sancerre offers aromas of stone fruits such as apricots, peaches and berries with a tart berry finish. A strong minerality comes through on this rose wine’s palette, which is well complimented by a nice acidity. Sommelier Lacey Rozinsky recommends pairing this wine with salads, light fish or enjoy as an aperitif by itself.

Come enjoy a delightful rose at Four Seasons New York’s restaurant or lounges on Wine Wednesdays.
