I shot this video of Tavern On The Green restaurant in July 2015. The Tavern had been closed for a while for renovations and this was my first visit since it reopened. The experience was delightful. Great atmosphere, excellent food (I had French toast and my husband had a hangar steak with chimichurra sauce–see the video). We split a piece of carrot cake for dessert. I’d definitely recommend Tavern On The Green to anyone visiting Manhattan. Especially nice after a relaxed stroll in nearby Central Park.
